　　青島國際院士研究院（青島國際院士港二期）項(xiàng)目位于李滄區(qū)東部金水路以南、東川路以東、東九路以北、李村河以西。項(xiàng)目總占地面積約121519.7㎡。該項(xiàng)目主要是打造生物醫(yī)藥、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息、新能源新材料及高端裝備制造為主的院士實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)。

　　節(jié)能措施及效果

　　為營造一個(gè)舒適、節(jié)能、且效果一流的青島國際院士港夜景光環(huán)境，對整個(gè)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施亮度上的控制設(shè)計(jì)。
1. 重點(diǎn)景觀及超高層工程技術(shù)中心為一級(jí)亮度12~18cd/m2；
2. 人行道路、景觀主軸、五色院士樓等為二級(jí)亮度5~10cd/m2；
3. 其它院士樓、公寓等建筑夜景亮化為三級(jí)亮度<5 cd/m2；
In order to create a comfortable, energy-saving and first-class night light environment of Qingdao International academician port, the brightness control design is implemented for the whole project.
The key landscape and super high-rise engineering and technology center is the first-class brightness of 12 ~ 18cd / m2;
Pedestrian road, landscape axis, five color academician building, etc. are of grade II brightness of 5 ~ 10CD / m2;
The night scene of other academician buildings, apartments and other buildings is lightened to three-level brightness < 5 CD / m2;

　　照明設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)

　　采用樹脂的特性，按陶土磚的尺寸大小制作，外表顏色高仿磚紅色，使燈具與建筑完美融合，即不影響建筑外觀，又可以實(shí)現(xiàn)亮化給建筑帶來的美感。
It adopts the acteristics of resin and is made according to the size of clay brick. The exterior color is high imitation brick red, which makes the lamp and the building perfectly integrate. That is, it does not affect the appearance of the building, and can realize the aesthetic feeling brought by lighting to the building.

　　本項(xiàng)目2019年9月已完成竣工驗(yàn)收，經(jīng)長時(shí)間運(yùn)行校驗(yàn)達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)效果且安全穩(wěn)定。
