首屆“江蘇邗建·2019運(yùn)河文化嘉年華”開(kāi)幕式在宋夾城盛大啟動(dòng)。運(yùn)河文化嘉年華的舉辦，向世界展示最燦爛輝煌的運(yùn)河文化，并以此慶祝新中國(guó)成立70周年及大運(yùn)河申遺成功5周年。

1、燈具光源選擇，設(shè)計(jì)中主要使用激光投影等高效能光源，提高照明能效，延長(zhǎng)燈具使用壽命，最大限度減少光源故障率。

2、采用電源集中控制系統(tǒng)，可根據(jù)環(huán)境適時(shí)的要求智能控制和轉(zhuǎn)換，來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)真正節(jié)能，達(dá)到延長(zhǎng)光源的使用壽命，更能最大限度的減少電資源浪費(fèi)。

3、主線路采用三相四線制供電（照明線路的損耗約占輸入電能的4%，影響照明線路損耗的主要因素是供電方式和導(dǎo)線截面積），減少線路損耗，延長(zhǎng)線路使用壽命。

4、新一代激光投影燈和傳統(tǒng)光束燈同臺(tái)演繹燈光效果，以《一朝步入畫(huà)卷、一日夢(mèng)回千年》為主題，利用藝術(shù)風(fēng)格手法結(jié)合宋夾城南門(mén)結(jié)構(gòu)，震撼演繹一場(chǎng)文化視聽(tīng)盛宴，向觀眾展現(xiàn)運(yùn)河歷史及揚(yáng)州人文。

宋夾城2019運(yùn)河嘉年華燈光秀活動(dòng)為期12天（2019年9月26日~2019年10月7日），燈光秀活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地范圍為南城門(mén)和十字街主干道，包括視頻投影、燈光、音響設(shè)備租賃，定制軟件和超清視頻制作。
